Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple Fried Rice

1 tsp. oil
1 tsp. garlic
2 eggs
1 c. rice, cooked
4 oz. chicken, cooked
8 oz. water chestnuts
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. pineapple, fresh
1/4 c. raisins
3 oz. cashews

Recipe Directions for Pineapple Fried Rice

Put oil in fry pan; add garlic. When it turns slightly brown, add chicken, water chestnuts, eggs, soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and rice. Heat till everything is warm. Add pineapple, raisins and cashews. Mix well. Heat for 2 or 3 minutes more. Serve.
