Sooo delicious, semi-nutritious!

Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple Cream Pie

2 c graham crackers
6 T margarine
20 oz crushed pineapple
16 oz fat free cream cheese
3 2/5 oz vanilla pudding mix

Recipe Directions for Pineapple Cream Pie

  1. Melt margarine & crumble crackers. Mix & press into 1"x8" pie tin to form crust. Bake at 350* for 5-10 minutes until edge is brown.

  2. Strain juice from pineapple into separate cup.

  3. WHIP softened cream cheese until creamy & then add pudding mix until completely blended. Slow mixing speed & add pineapple juice slowly until mixture is nice & creamy. Add crushed pineapple slowly until you have as much in the mix as you want

  4. Pour mix into crust & refrigerate.

  5. *Cream cheese can be replaced with FF sour cream, gives it a different, more tangy flavor.

  6. **All items used can be low-fat or fat free. CC would not recognize the LF & FF items I used so I changed ingredients to allow for margin of error.
