3 pounds boneless pork loin roast
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
20 oz pineapple chunks, undrained
8 oz of dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Pineapple Cranberry Pork Roast

  1. Rub the pork roast on all sides with salt and pepper, and place in a slow cooker.

  2. Pour in the pineapple chunks with juice and sprinkle in the cranberries.

  3. Cover and cook 7 hours on Low.
