Chutney to put on top of sweet potatoes originally, but can be used for many dishes.

Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple Cranberry chutney

1 tsp olive oil
1/2 small onion
144 g pineapple chunks
2/3 c dried cranberries
1/2 c unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dried thyme

Recipe Directions for Pineapple Cranberry chutney

Cook sliced onion in bottom of saucepan with olive oil. Add other ingredients and reduce.
