Recipe Ingredients for PINEAPPLE, COCONUT, ZUCCINI BREAD

5 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 cup splenda
62 g whey protein (vanilla)
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed pineapple (unsweetened)
1 cup flaked coconut
2 cup grated zuccini
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Add all ingredients together, mix well. Add nuts if desired.

  2. Spray and flour 2 bread pans. Bake a 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minuets.
