Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple-Carrot Salad

1 serving Lemon Gelatin Dessert
1/2 cup Crushed Pineapple
1 medium(61 g) Carrots

Recipe Directions for Pineapple-Carrot Salad

Pour 1 cup of boiling water on 3 oz of lemon gelatin. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water and 8 oz of pineapple. Refrigerate until slightly thickened but not set. Stir in the shredded carrots. Refrigerate until firm.
