Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple-Carrot Salad (Betty Crocker)

1 cup boiling water
4 servings sugar free lemon jello
1/2 cup cold water
8 oz. crushed pineapple
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup carrots, shredded

Recipe Directions for Pineapple-Carrot Salad (Betty Crocker)

Pour boiling water over jello in a bowl; stir until dissolved. Stir in cold water, pineapple with syrup, and salt. Refrigerate until slightly thickened, but not set. Stir in carrots adn pour into four individual molds. Refrigerate until firm, about four hours.
