Recipe Ingredients for pineapple carrot bread

1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup applesauce
1 cup finely shredded carrots
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for pineapple carrot bread

  1. mix all dry ingredients together

  2. mix the wet ingredients together

  3. add walnuts

  4. pour into bread pan

  5. bake at 350 for 45 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean
