Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple Breakfast Cookies

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 tbsp vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup crushed pineapple
3/4 tsp cinnamon (Optional)
2 cups quick oats

Recipe Directions for Pineapple Breakfast Cookies

  1. Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and mix well.

  2. Combine flour, powder, soda and salt. Add to butter/egg mixture.

  3. Add oats, mix well.

  4. Add remaining ingredients by hand, drop onto lightly greased cookie sheet by 1/4 cups.

  5. Bake at 325-350 for 15-18 minutes until lightly brown and set.
