8 oz pineapple chunks in juice
6 oz banana
6 oz plain nonfat yogurt
1/8 tsp grated nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Pineapple-Banana Smoothie

  1. In a blender combine pineapple in juice, banana, plain nonfat yogurt and 1/2 cup of ice cubes.

  2. Puree until smooth.

  3. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and serve
