Pineapple Banana Bread, modified for low sugar and with nuts

Recipe Ingredients for pineapple banana nut bread

3 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
0.67 cup Sugars, Granulated
13 oz SPLENDA No Calorie
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 large Egg, Whole
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1.2 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Pineapple Chunks in pineapple juice
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup pieces or chips Walnuts, English

Recipe Directions for pineapple banana nut bread

  1. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.

  2. In Food processor, crush pineapple, add banana and chop until banana is mixed with pineapple. Add Eggs, vanilla, oil and egg. Chop until blended.

  3. Add wet ingred to dry, stir until just moistened, fold in nuts.

  4. Bake 350 for 55-65 min, until toothpick comes out clean
