Recipe Ingredients for Pinakbet

2 cup Beans, Snap, Green
12 pods (3" long) Okra
480 grams Eggplant
1 cup pieces Bitter Melon
1 cup slices Winged Beans, Immature Seeds
100 grams Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
130 grams Tomato Sauce
85 grams Tomatoes
1 small Onions
6 tbsp Fish Sauce
7.2 fl oz Water

Recipe Directions for Pinakbet

In a casserole, mix all ingredients except tomato sauce, when it starts to boil add fish sauce. Just before the vegetables are fully cooked add the tomato sauce.
