Recipe Ingredients for Pimiento Sandwich Spread

2 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
8 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 T parmesan
3 T fat free miracle whip
1 T lemon juice
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t garlic powder
1 t paprika
4 oz pimientos, diced

Recipe Directions for Pimiento Sandwich Spread

Place all ingredients except pimientos in a food processor and mix until smooth. Stir in the diced pimiento, and scrape into a bowl, cover and refrigerate for an hour or up to 3 days.
