4 oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
4 oz diced roasted red pepper
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 t dijon mustard
1/8 t black pepper
1/8 t paprika
6 tsp or season to taste Hot Sauce Louisiana

Recipe Directions for pimento cheese 100 days

  1. grate the chedar cheese and mix all ingredients together with a fork refrigerate for min of 30 minutes.

  2. Can be served cold or make a grilled cheese sandwhich out of it.
