Recipe Ingredients for pigeon peas and aloo (potato) curry

1 Potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
1 medium raw Plum Tomato
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup Pigeon Peas
1 pepper(45 g) Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Cumin Seed
1/5 grams Red Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for pigeon peas and aloo (potato) curry

1 tsp oil in a hot pan heat oil until one cumin seed crackles then add the tsp of cumin seed toast for 30 seconds add the onion cook until translucent add the potato and cook until it starts to become soft add pigeon peas and salt add a half cup of water cook uncovered until potato are soft add water if needed cook uncovered for a thinner gravy
