It's kinda like oatmeal meets tofu scramble but it's better than it sounds, lol.

Recipe Ingredients for Piesang

8 ounces tofu
1 medium banana
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Piesang

Crumble tofu and add mashed banana, stir on medium heat. Salt lightly, add honey or maple syrup (if you want to make it vegan). Add oats and cinnamon. Stir until warm and eat.
