Recipe Ingredients for pierogies and hot links with peppers & onions

456 g. POTATO & CHEDDAR PIEROGIES
192 g. red bell pepper
2 small onion
4 serving hot links (archer farms)

Recipe Directions for pierogies and hot links with peppers & onions

  1. thinly slice red bell pepper and onion.

  2. chop or slice hot links.

  3. saute onion in 1 tsp olive oil.

  4. when onion is soft add pierogies.

  5. cook pierogies til thawed and lightly carmelized.

  6. add sausage and bell pepper and cook til heated through and peppers are soft to your taste.
