Recipe Ingredients for pierogi

150 g potato
250 g cottage cheese
100 g onion
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 serving placi

Recipe Directions for pierogi

  1. Mix the flour, egg, bit of oil and salt with bit of warm water and mix well to form a dough not too hard.

  2. Roll the dough thinly as possible.

  3. stuffing: boil potatoes in salty water, then mince the potatoes and the cheese. cut onion to very small size and fry then mix with the minced potato and cheese mixture.

  4. Spice stuffing with salt and pepper.

  5. After rolling the dough thin use a glass or any circular container and cut out the circular pieces.

  6. Now put stuffing to the circles cut out and fold to make a half moon shape and seal the ends by pinching the dough.

  7. Put in boiling salty water. Once they float they are ready.
