1 tsp vinegar
1/4 cup orange juice or water
2 cup flour
2 tsp sugar (optional)

Recipe Directions for Pie Crust (two - 8

  1. Pour all liquid into flour at once.

  2. Mix with pastry blender.

  3. Squeeze together into ball.

  4. Roll out onto wax paper.

  5. Before baking, prick dough three or four times with fork.

  6. May be pre-baked: 10 minutes at 475
