Recipe Ingredients for Pie Crust

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cups shortening, chilled
1/4 tsp salt
2 T ice water

Recipe Directions for Pie Crust

  1. Mix flour and salt

  2. Cut in shortening until resembles coarse crumbs

  3. Add water few drops at a time until dough sticks together

  4. Refrigerate 30 minutes

  5. Roll out.
