Frees extra crust in pie pans in plastic bags, unbaked, for quick pie making.

Recipe Ingredients for Pie Crust

1 cup butter
8 oz cream cheese
2 tsp baking powder
5 1/2 cups whole grain flour

Recipe Directions for Pie Crust

Mix by hand when stiff, but don't overmix. If sticky, chill slightly. Roll out on Floured counter. Fold in half and place in pie pan. Unflod. Trim around edge of pan and flute edges.
