Makes one double crust or 2 single crust pie crusts.

Recipe Ingredients for Pie Crust

2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup Crisco
7 tbs Water

Recipe Directions for Pie Crust

  1. Combine dry ingredients.

  2. Work in Crisco with fork or pastry blender.

  3. Add water.

  4. Form into dough.

  5. Roll out on floured surface.

  6. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees if you need a prebaked crust for a recipe.
