Recipe Ingredients for Pico De Gallo

3 plum tomatoes
1/2 cup raw onion
46 g fresh cilantro
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper, Black
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pico De Gallo

chop tomatoes, onion and cilantro and combine in a bowl. Add one Tbsp extra virgin olive oil and the juice from one lime wedge. Mix, refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve with chips or over salad or any kind of meat
