Mix of tomatoes, onion, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper

Recipe Ingredients for Pico de Gallo

2 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 serving Minced Garlic
1 dash Pepper, Black
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
0.54 fl oz Lime Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened
0.33 cup Coriander Leaves

Recipe Directions for Pico de Gallo

  1. Dice tomatoes (6 roma or 2 large slicing tomatoes), 1/4 of an onion, and about 1/3 cup of cilantro. Put in a bowl.

  2. Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic, to taste.

  3. Sprinkle about 1-2 tablespoons of lime juice on top then mix ingredients together.

  4. Best if allowed to chill so flavors can combine.

  5. Makes about 12- 3/4 cup servings.
