Yummy pico recipe. Great for chips & salsa or on eggs or just about anything!

Recipe Ingredients for pico de gallo

12 roma tomatoes
2 jalapeno peppers
1 large onion
1/2 cup cilantro

Recipe Directions for pico de gallo

Dice tomatoes and onion into 1/4 inch pieces. Cut and chop jalapenos, leaving ribs and seeds for spice (you can add more or less, depending on your heat tolerance). Chop cilantro and add to mixture. Mix until completely combined. Enjoy!
