Recipe Ingredients for Pico De Gallo

9 ounce roma tomato
7 ounce white onion
1 clove garlic
2 ounce cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Pico De Gallo

  1. Seed and core the tomatoes and quarter. Skin and quarter the onion. Chop the garlic and cilantro. Add the lime juice, salt and cumin. Place in a food processor and pulse to mix throughly.

  2. A food scale was used to achieve food weights.
