Fresh, simple homemade salsa. Good the first day but fantastic after a night or two in the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Pico de Gallo

4 1/2 cups Roma Tomatoes, firm, diced
1 cup Red Onion, finely diced
1/8 cup Jalapeno Peppers, finely diced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
4 Cilantro Sprigs, leaves chopped
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper

Recipe Directions for Pico de Gallo

  1. Dice Tomatoes, Red Onion, and Jalapeno Peppers into a medium bowl.

  2. Add minced Garlic, chopped Cilantro and salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Mix well and serve or store in an air-tight container and refrigerate for later use.
