Recipe Ingredients for Pico de gallo

4 tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash of pepper

Recipe Directions for Pico de gallo

  1. cut tomatoes in half, scoop out juice and seeds. Chop tomatoes, onion and green pepper.

  2. grate or mince the garlic.

  3. squeeze 1 or 2 limes for desired taste

  4. salt and pepper
