Makes 2 cups. Each serving 1/2 cup. (approx) A fresh salsa like they serve in Authentic Mexican Restraunts.

Recipe Ingredients for Pico de Gallo

9 roma tomatoes
1/4 sweet onion
1 jalapeno pepper
3 T red bell pepper
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
3 cloves garlic
14 1/2 oz canned diced tomatoes
2 T lime juice (from one lime)
4 T fresh cilantro

Recipe Directions for Pico de Gallo

  1. Gut the tomatoes and discard of juice and seeds. Dice flesh into cm wide squares.

  2. Dice onion and peppers finely.

  3. Crush garlic with a press.

  4. Chop cilantro to your taste.

  5. Mix all ingredients and stir until blended.

  6. Let flavors blend in fridge, in an air tight container for atleast 4 hrs.
