Easy, Healthy, Yummy!!! Great with tortilla chips or on top of tacos or salads.

Recipe Ingredients for Pico de Gallo

1 Tomato, large
1/2 med onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 peppers, jalapeno, diced
1 tbs lime juice
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Pico de Gallo

  1. Throw everything together and stir. Stick in the fridge for an hour and serve. The longer it sits in the fridge, the more the flavors mix and the better it tastes!

  2. Yum!
