Recipe Ingredients for Pico de gallo home made

4 cup chopped fresh tomato
1 large red onion
1 cup cilantro
3 avocado
1/2 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon lime zest

Recipe Directions for Pico de gallo home made

Use zest from lime prior to juicing - combine all ingredients - you may want to drain a bit after a day or so but the acid from the tomatoes and lime will keep the avocados fresh and green.
