1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
4 tbsp lime juice - 2 limes
25 g jalapeno - 1 pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp olive oil

Dice and combine. It is pretty simple. You will want to seed the tomatoes and I always seed the jalapenos. It is good fresh but better chilled.
