Recipe Ingredients for picnic pie

1 cup flour
1 pinch salt
2 zuccini
1 onion
2 eggs
1/2 cup parmesean cheese
1/2 cup risotto rice
2 lbs spinach

Recipe Directions for picnic pie

  1. mix flour with salt and water to make crust

  2. cook up spinach in water set aside

  3. mix in bowl

  4. 2 eggs

  5. 1/2 cup parmesean cheese

  6. zucchini

  7. onion

  8. aborio rice

  9. divide crust in 2

  10. make bottom of crust with one

  11. fill with veggie filling

  12. cover with other half of crust and brush with extra egg for glaze

  13. cook at 350 for 45 minutes
