Recipe Ingredients for Picnic pasta salad

10 1/2 oz dry Whole Wheat Penne
9 oz Organic Cherry Tomatoes
1 tsp Sea Salt
3 1/2 oz Black Olives
7 oz Feta Cheese Crumbles
7 oz Spinach
1/2 oz Pine Nuts
1 serving Infused Olive Oil, Lemon
1/2 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Picnic pasta salad

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pan of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain the pasta, rinse in cold water and tip into a large bowl.

  2. Add the halved tomatoes to the pasta and sprinkle with sea salt. Add the olives, feta and spinach and drizzle with the lemon olive oil. Add the pine nuts and basil and toss gently before serving.
