delicious mixed fruit salad made with all the leftover bits of fruit in the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Picnic fruit salad

1/4 honeydew melon
20 grams fresh pineapple
1 apple
30 grams papaya
1 persimmon
6 strawberries
2 tablespoons mango puree
1 tablespoon grapefruit juice

Recipe Directions for Picnic fruit salad

  1. Chop fruit, mix

  2. Add juice and puree 1/2 a mango for the mango puree, add this, mix again.

  3. Squeeze a bit of lime on top if you like
