Salsa with fresh cilantro, black beans, garlic, tomato, jalapeno & green peppers, lime juice, and onion.

Recipe Ingredients for Picco de gallo salsa

4 ounces tomato, chopped (Italian plum style)
2 ounces onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
3 ounces green bell pepper, diced
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
4 ounces jalapeno pepper, chopped
8 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Picco de gallo salsa

Mix all ingredients; chill several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve with organic blue tortilla chips. Makes one quart, or 16 (1/4 cup) servings.
