This is my version of traditional Greek "spanakopita" This makes one round pastry, and the serving is half of it.

Recipe Ingredients for Phyllo-cheese pastries

75 g phyllo dough
30 g feta cheese,crumbled
1/8 cup egg, beaten
1 tsp oil, vegetable
1 cup baby spinach

Recipe Directions for Phyllo-cheese pastries

  1. Take 3 phyllo sheets, and mix the same amount of water and oil and spread this mix thinly over all of the sheets, just making them moist.

  2. On a side, mix crumbled feta, egg and chopped baby spinach.

  3. Spread this mixture on the pastry sheet and roll it up.

  4. You will get a cylindrical shape, which you then roll in a round shape and put in a oven-proof dish that you lightly oiled.

  5. Bake until golden and crispy.
