Phyl's Old Fashion Vegetable Soup

Recipe Ingredients for phyl3

2 c carrots, diced
2 c potatoes, cubed
2 c peas, frozen
2 c corn, whole kernal, frozen
2 c squash, cubed
2 c zuchini, cubed
16 oz tomatoes, diced, canned
1 c onion, diced
4 c water
2 T sea salt

Recipe Directions for phyl3

Mix all ingredients together in large saucepan, cook on high just until a boil, reduce heat to low, simmer for 2-3 hrs or until desired tenderness.
