8 ounces milk, 1% milkfat
1 cup blueberries
1 1/2 ounces lemon juice
1 scoop (Designer Whey) Whey protein powder
1/2 medium banana
3/10 ounces walnut meats (4 halves)

Recipe Directions for Phoenix's Breakfast Smoothie - Blueberry-banana-lemon-walnuts

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend 3-4 minutes until it sets. First glass will pour. The remaining mix must be spooned.
