High in all sorts of oils needed to fix the coverings of nerves, as well as protein. Using raw milk adds DHA, which is even better. Cranberry or pomegranate juice add antioxidants. Stevia Plus can be added for additional sweetening.

8 ounces skim milk (raw milk is better)
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 cup strawberries, frozen
1 tablespoon flax oil
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 ounces cranberry juice
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 tablespoon honey
