Recipe Ingredients for Phoenix and Dragon

12 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
8 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
3 fl oz Beer, Light
1.5 tbsp Oil, Sesame
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
3 3 cloves Garlic
0.25 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.25 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 serving raw Snow Peas
4 tsp Ginger Root
