Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup from Pho restaurant

Recipe Ingredients for Pho

2 cups beef broth
1/8 cup radish, sliced
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 oz star anise pods
1/2 tsp black peppercorns
1 slice fresh ginger root
1/2 tbs white sugar
1/2 tbs salt
1/2 tbs fish sauce
3/4 lbs rice noodles
1/4 lbs beef sirloin

Recipe Directions for Pho

  1. mix all ingredients except the noodles and beef sirloin.

  2. prepare the broth and add the noodles and sliced beef sirloin at the table.
