Recipe Ingredients for Phil's scrambled eggs

1/2 cup ham, diced
6 eggs
2 tbsp cream
1/2 cup onions, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 tspn butter

Recipe Directions for Phil's scrambled eggs

  1. crack eggs into bowl, add cream and butter, whisk slightly (you should still see white & yolk separately)

  2. fry onion and bacon until semi-cooked

  3. add tomato, fry for 1 minute

  4. add egg mix

  5. using spoon or eggflipper, move mixture around so it cooks evenly

  6. when "almost" cooked remove from heat (it will continue cooking once removed)
