Recipe Ingredients for Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches

1 lb Roast Beef
1/4 Onion
6 Kaiser Rolls
6 tbs Mayonnaise
2 cloves Garlic
6 slices Provolone Cheese
2 tbs Margarine

Recipe Directions for Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches

  1. Melt Butter in Frying Pan

  2. Slice Onions into thin strips

  3. Crush Cloves of Garlic in Pan

  4. Sautee until transluscent

  5. Slice Roast Beef in thin strips

  6. Add to onions & garlic

  7. Cook until warm, mixing constantly

  8. Place provolone cheese in bun (brat buns work best)

  9. Add roast beef mixture (1/6 lb) to bun

  10. Top with Mayonnaise or favorite condiment

  11. Makes 6 Sandwiches
