Recipe Ingredients for philly cheesesteak sandwich

4 oz raw Rib Eye Steak
1 serving Vegetable Oil 100% Pure
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 serving Salt Substitute
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1 bun Philly Style Hoagie Roll
1 serving(28 g) Cheese Provolone Slices

Recipe Directions for philly cheesesteak sandwich

cut steak in very thin slices, best if already boneless. 1/8 inch thick-put in freezer to slice easier, set aside. heat the oven to 400 degrees. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in large skillet. add onion and peppers and saute over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes to soften. stir in the farlic, 1/4 ts. salt substitute and the pepper and cook over high heat. transfer the mixture to another bowl. Add remaining oil (1 tb.) to the skillet. stir the meat and cook over high heat for 4 minutes until done,then add the other 1/4ts. of salt substitute,return the vegetables to the skillet stir and heat the mixture through. cover the skillet and turn off the heat. slice the rolls lenthwise and arrange on a large baking sheet. Pile the filling onto the bottom half of each roll and sprinke generously with provolone cheese. Heat sandwiches in the oven for about 5 minutes, until cheese melts.
