Recipe Ingredients for Philippine Chicken Salad

6 chicken breast
16 oz. elbow macaroni
14 oz. condensed milk
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
30 oz. fruit cocktail, drained
15 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
3 stalks, medium, celery, chopped
10 oz. sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
3 oz. cube cheddar mild

Recipe Directions for Philippine Chicken Salad

  1. Boil chicken, let cool and cube, set aside.

  2. Boil macaroni, drain, set aside.

  3. Add the other ingredients in a large bowl.

  4. Mix real good, then add chicken and macaroni.

  5. Mix.

  6. Add salt to taste.

  7. Cover and refrigerate.

  8. Enjoy!
