0.02 cup sugar
0.07 tbsp salt
25 g smoked salmon
10 g cucumber
3/4 sheet nori
20 g cream cheese

  1. Combine vinegar and salt and sugar

  2. Pour over cooked rice

  3. Spread rice on one side of nori

  4. Place rest of ingredients lengthwise on top of the rice

  5. roll into a sushi roll
