Recipe Ingredients for philadelphia smoked salmon tagliatelle

400 g spaghetti
120 g low fat cream cheese
125 g smoked salmon
10 ml lemon juice
10 ml semi skimmed milk

Recipe Directions for philadelphia smoked salmon tagliatelle

  1. cook the tagliatelle or spaghetti as per packet , cut the smoked salmon into small strips

  2. drain the pasta and leave in a colander

  3. into the still warm pan add the milk, philadelphia light with chives and lemon juice, stir to melt and season to taste

  4. add the pasta back to the pan into the philadelphia mix and stir well

  5. fold the smoked salmon in gently, finish with a grind of black pepper
