On the back of the Bob's Red Mill package of Kamut

Recipe Ingredients for Pharoah Muffins

1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 egg
1 cup kamut flour
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 c blueberry

Recipe Directions for Pharoah Muffins

  1. soak kamut (ground, not really flour) in buttermilk

  2. cream butter, sugar and egg

  3. sift dry ingredients and add to creamed ingredients

  4. add buttermilk and kamut

  5. add blueberries or (and) other berries

  6. bake 350 for 15 minutes
