Basic Phad Thai--add beef or chicken

8 ounces rice noodles
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp minced fresh garlic
2 cups sliced cabbage
1 medium carrot
2 eggs
1 cup green onions
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
3 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp granulated sugar

Recipe Directions for Phad Thai

  1. soak noodles

  2. combine fish sauce

  3. stir fry noodles and sauces with eggs and serve hot
